We believe that both the products and the service we offer must be of an unprecedented level. At Binck, almost 100 colleagues work daily to provide our (potential) customers with the best possible service. Service-oriented customer contact

Many of our employees have daily contact with our customers. This happens mainly by phone, but also via social media, skype, email and of course personal. Think our customer service where we answer 6 days a week questions from our customers. Or the relationship management department that maintains active contact with our customers who use our 'investing' products, such as asset management. Also, we have employees who relate new customers to questions about, for example, origin of wealth, the so-called customer due diligence. Many of these features are suitable for students or for starters in the labor market.

Commercial customer contact

You've probably seen one of our commercials on TV. Many customers decide to request information about one of our products in response to our campaigns. Our sales team will call these so-called 'leads'. At our sales department, many students work to learn more about investing in addition to their studies. And what is the best place to do this? Right, at Binck!

Together with my colleagues, I monitor the customer satisfaction of approximately 1200 more wealthy and / or active clients at Self Investing. The so-called Top Clients. We do our utmost to keep the customer satisfaction at the highest level possible.

It is a function with incredibly much client contact. This is as well by phone as personal contact during various events in the country, such as the BinckBank Tour.
