Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed:
•Create and execute marketing and sales plans with guidance from team members.
•Organize and attend sales/marketing events which are periodically organized for both institutional and retail clients.
•Assist with coordinating meetings for senior sales members with prospects and current clients. •Ensure familiarity with the organizations existing products and operational capabilities as well as industry and market developments.
•Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns.
•Provide knowledge on product specific strategies and underlying markets to prospects and clients. •Maintain clean data in CRM (Salesforce.com) •Assist with client service tasks (RFP,RFI's and ad hoc requests) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
•Relationship building and communication skills to create deep relationships with client and prospects.
•Ability to understand and explain complex investment solutions and/or are enthusiastic to learn. •ETF and UCITS mutual fund product knowledge.
•Team player with the ability to work individually and with other team members in a small professional team.
Education and/or Experience
•1-3 years' relevant experience in a sales position within asset management or banking industry.
