We are looking for new colleagues who can put themselves in the customer's shoes to provide a first-class customer experience in an increasingly digital environment. Due to the international character of the company, you will service the French speaking customers in France and in Belgium.
The team is based at the main office in Amsterdam. You will help customers with a broad range of questions, varying from questions about investing to questions about the platform. In addition, you will take an essential part in optimizing customer experience as well as further digitizing the processes.
What we expect from you in the Direct Service Associate position:
This is a new position within the existing team. In this position, you will initially collaborate on a large international project. After the project, the work will transition into a broader role in which the focus will remain on providing service and further digitizing our services.
As Direct Service Associate you are without a doubt customer and service oriented. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:
