BinckBank will never make applicant data available to third parties, with the exception of the party that provides the recruitment page to BinckBank. This party has access to personal data of applicants because of the support it offers to BinckBank in the recruitment process.

Storage period
BinckBank stores data from applicants only if this is required by law.

In addition, BinckBank can retain personal data of applicants for one year if the applicant has given his explicit consent. As soon as the period in which the applicant's personal details are stored, these will be completely removed from the BinckBank systems.
